UIBS 2012 is open to all interested participants and attendees from industry, academia and government, from USA, India and around the world. Attendees at UIBS 2012 will include many participants and spouses who will find the event to be very rewarding from a networking and learning standpoint.

UIBS 2012 can provide a letter of invitation to facilitate visa applications. Attendees who need such a letter should write to Program_Chair@usaindiabusinesssummit.com (copy to USIBRC@gmail.com) with their name and business address details after registering at for summit (http://www.usaindiabusinesssummit.com). Since visa requirements can and do change over time, UIBS 2012 can only provide a letter on a best-efforts basis. Note that attendees have to make their own arrangements to pay for visa, travel and registration costs. It is not advisable for attendees to bring children under the age of 12 to the conference site as there will be no babysitting facilities or children's programs available. It is recommended that attendees make alternative arrangements for childcare during sessions that they wish to attend. Children over the age of 12 can register for student rates.
